Ajanda Terms of Service

Last updated: April 7, 2026

By using Ajanda, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Ajanda.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.

2. What the service does

Ajanda helps users visualize their future selves and personal goals. You may complete questionnaires, upload photos and other content, and use features such as vision film generation, journaling, goal setting, affirmations, and AI-generated insights.

AI-generated insights and outputs are automated and may be inaccurate, incomplete, subjective, or unsuitable for your situation. They are provided for informational and reflective purposes only and are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, financial, legal, or other professional advice. You should not rely on them as a substitute for qualified professional guidance.

We do not commit to maintaining any particular feature, functionality, model, provider, output format, level of quality, or delivery timeframe unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, text, journal entries, goals, affirmations, prompts, and other content you submit to Ajanda.

You may only upload content that you have the legal right to upload, use, and share.

If you upload a photo or other content containing another person, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and explicit consent required for that person's image or information to be uploaded to and processed by Ajanda, including for the creation of vision films or other personalized outputs. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for any claims, disputes, or legal consequences arising from content you upload without proper authorization.

By submitting content to Ajanda, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, transmit, display, back up, archive, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, maintain, secure, protect, enforce, and improve the reliability of the service and these Terms, including generating requested outputs, complying with legal obligations, establishing or defending legal claims, and using service providers acting on our behalf.

We do not use your photos, journal entries, goals, affirmations, prompts, or other user content to train Ajanda's models or third-party AI models on our behalf, except where expressly disclosed in our Privacy Policy or where any consent required by applicable law has been obtained.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you submit is lawful, accurate, and does not infringe the rights of others.

4. Downloaded and shared content

You may download and share your personalized outputs, including vision films, only as permitted under these Terms.

Once you download, export, or share content outside Ajanda, including through social media, messaging apps, or other third-party platforms, that content is no longer under our control. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, redistribution by others, or uses of content outside the service.

You remain responsible for how you choose to use, publish, or share content outside Ajanda.

5. Prohibited behavior

You may not use Ajanda to:

  • break the law or encourage unlawful activity;
  • upload, submit, or generate harmful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or illegal content;
  • violate another person's privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights;
  • upload another person's image or personal content without proper authorization and consent;
  • attempt to access another user's account, data, or non-public parts of the service;
  • interfere with, disrupt, overload, probe, scan, reverse engineer, or compromise the security or operation of the service;
  • use the service to develop, train, or improve competing products or models without permission;
  • use the service for unauthorized commercial exploitation.

6. Moderation and enforcement

We may review reported activity and take action when we reasonably believe that content or behavior violates these Terms, threatens users, creates legal exposure, or creates security or operational risk.

Actions we may take include removing content, limiting visibility, restricting features, declining or canceling a vision request, suspending access, terminating accounts, preserving records, and cooperating with lawful requests where required.

We do not promise individualized warnings, explanations, response times, or appeal paths in every case.

7. Vision films and personalized outputs

Vision films and other personalized outputs are generated based on the information and content you provide. Production timelines may vary, and we may decline a request that violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others.

You retain ownership of your original uploaded content. We retain all rights in Ajanda, including the service, software, brand, production workflows, templates, prompts, editing logic, and underlying technology used to create vision films and other outputs.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, use, and share your personalized vision film and other outputs for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may post your personalized vision film publicly for personal, non-commercial purposes, including on social media, at your own risk and responsibility, provided that your use does not violate these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others.

We will not use your photos, vision films, or other content that identifies you for marketing, promotion, testimonials, case studies, or public examples unless you give us your explicit prior permission.

8. Third-party services

Ajanda may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, communications, storage, payment processing in the future, and AI-related processing.

We are not responsible for outages, errors, delays, suspensions, discontinuation, data loss, data corruption, policy changes, security incidents, or service failures caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control.

9. Termination and account deletion

You may stop using Ajanda at any time.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Ajanda, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, created risk or liability, harmed other users, misused the service, or if we discontinue the service.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at ayferajanda@gmail.com.

We may process deletion requests within a reasonable period, which may exceed 30 days where required or reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, technical, or operational reasons.

After deletion, some information may remain in backups, logs, or records where retention is required or reasonably necessary for legal, security, operational, evidentiary, or compliance purposes.

10. Availability, experimental features, and changes to the service

Ajanda is provided on an evolving basis. We may add, remove, modify, pause, or discontinue features at any time, temporarily or permanently.

Some features may be experimental, beta, or incomplete and may change more frequently or perform less reliably.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with any particular device, platform, or use case.

Some features may become paid in the future. If we introduce paid features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases, we will provide the applicable pricing and payment terms at that time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version and revising the "Last updated" date above. Updated Terms become effective when posted, unless we state a different effective date.

We may, but are not obligated to, provide additional notice of updates through the service or by email.

Your continued access to or use of Ajanda after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Disclaimers

Ajanda is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of availability, accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, and that the service will meet your expectations or achieve any intended result.

AI-generated content, including insights, suggestions, summaries, and personalized outputs, may be inaccurate, incomplete, subjective, inappropriate, or unavailable. We do not guarantee the correctness, usefulness, legality, safety, or suitability of any output.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, opportunities, or anticipated savings arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, Ajanda.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to Ajanda will not exceed the amount you paid to use the service, if any, in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal and professional fees, arising out of or related to your content, your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of another person.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or Ajanda will be subject to the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, unless applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your country of residence.

16. Survival, severability, no waiver, and entire agreement

Sections relating to intellectual property, licenses, downloaded and shared content, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law and disputes, and any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive termination of these Terms and your use of the service.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

These Terms and our Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of Ajanda and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, or proposals relating to the service, except where additional terms expressly apply to a specific feature.
